A booking portal for diving trips, charters, and special trips — paired with an internal system to manage scheduling, pricing, changes, and day-to-day operations.
The situation
The business needed a booking experience that worked smoothly on mobile and desktop, while also giving staff the tooling to manage trips and operational detail without manual admin overhead.

A customer-facing booking portal and an internal management system built around the actual day-to-day workflow — including trip scheduling details, amendments/cancellations, and admin controls.

- Booking amendments, cancellations, refunds, and deposit tracking (no payment gateway)
- Admin management for trips, tide times, boats, sites, and pricing
