We’re building a multi-tenant SaaS platform for event-led organisations that need to recruit volunteers, manage registrations and deposits, and run event operations reliably at scale.

The situation
Event-led organisations often rely on spreadsheets, forms, and manual admin to recruit volunteers and manage registrations. As volume grows, data becomes inconsistent, workflows break down, and operations become hard to run reliably.
What we're building
A multi-tenant product platform with the foundations needed for real operations: configurable forms, registration and deposit handling, Stripe Connect, admin roles, and operational tooling that supports day-to-day event delivery.

- Laravel backend with Inertia + Vue frontend for product-style UI
- Redis used where it improves performance and background processing

- Structured modules so new features don’t turn into a patchwork system
